This online event will provide an overview of the results of the student digital experience insights survey across higher education (HE). It will highlight the issues, concerns and successes experienced by students during the academic year 2019/20.
Although the majority of learners completed the survey before institutions were forced to close, there were a notable number who participated during lockdown and were therefore experiencing the rapid transition into remote learning.

This will be of interest to staff who work in:
- Departments dealing with students and student data
- Teaching and learning
- Learning technology
- Libraries and learning resources or units within faculties or colleges
As well as academic staff who may be interested in or trying to learn more about how their role could help to better support students’ digital experience.
