Connect More 2025: navigating today’s challenges with practical solutions
Registration for Connect More 2025, our free, online teaching and learning event, closes at 17:00 on Friday 9 May.
Connect More 2025, taking place from 14-16 May, brings together educators, learning technologists, librarians, and digital education professionals from across the UK for three half-days of inspiring sessions, real-world case studies, and expert-led discussions.
With more than 20 sessions across four themes, the event will be packed with practical insights and collaborative approaches to some of the most pressing challenges in further and higher education today.
This year’s themes are:
- Steps to education innovation – demonstrating how AI, immersive learning, and evolving pedagogies can enhance the curriculum
- Creating inclusive learning environments – exploring strategies for accessibility, equity, and sustainability in digital education
- Collaborating across departments and organisations – championing the power of community and knowledge-sharing
- Enhancing student experiences across the campus and beyond – sharing tools and tactics that foster engagement and improve outcomes

The event is designed for those at the front line of teaching and learning. Whether you work in a classroom, library, learning resource centre, or digital team, Connect More aims to equip attendees with tangible takeaways they can apply immediately in their roles.
Jonathan Hofgartner, head of teaching and learning at Jisc, who opens day two of the event, says:
"At Connect More, we’re not just talking about the future - we’re building it together. These sessions are about empowering practitioners with ideas they can action today. Whether it's embedding digital tools more confidently or finding ways to collaborate more effectively, our focus is on practical change and shared progress."
As the UK education sector continues to evolve in response to shifting demands and emerging technologies, Connect More offers a vital space for reflection, learning and connection. From developing AI-ready strategies to fostering inclusive learning environments, the event is designed to support educators navigating change with confidence.
