If you know you want to work in technology, but are unsure which area to specialise in, then our graduate scheme is the role for you.
During your two-year graduate programme, you will rotate through different parts of our technology teams, including software testing and development, data, and infrastructure, getting a clear idea of what’s involved in each, and helping you find your niche.
You’ll also get the opportunity to spend time in three unique business placements, where you’ll learn about the different aspects of our business.
Do you want to earn while you learn?
We offer professional and technology apprenticeships between one and four years in length. You can study for qualifications from level 3 (the equivalent to an A-level), to level 6 (the equivalent to a degree).

What to expect from our recruitment process
Our application process is quick and easy and we promise to let all candidates know the status of their application and the outcome.
Apply online - after the closing date, all applications will be reviewed by members of our talent acquisition team and the people who will be managing you.
Attend an assessment centre - for those shortlisted, we will be running virtual assessment centres. These will involve group tasks and interviews, with plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about our schemes and ask questions. We'll send details of what to expect from the assessment centre beforehand.
Review your feedback - everyone who attends an assessment centre will get detailed feedback from us, regardless of whether or not you get the role.
