Apprentices and graduates

Apprentices

Earn while you learn with our professional and technology apprenticeships between one and four years. Explore opportunities in ICT, legal, finance, project management and service delivery.

What to expect from our recruitment process

Our application process is quick and easy, and we promise to let all candidates know the status of their application and the outcome.

Step 1:

Apply online – this is your opportunity to learn all you can about the opportunities available. Read all the information provided online and ask any questions before applying. Then it’s over to us to review your application.

Step 2:

Attend an assessment centre - for those shortlisted, we will be running virtual assessment centres. These will involve group tasks and interviews, with plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about our schemes and ask questions. We'll send details of what to expect from the assessment centre beforehand.

Step 3:

Review your feedback - everyone who attends an assessment centre will get detailed feedback from us, regardless of whether you get the role.
