Role

I manage the employer sales team. The role involves setting the sales targets for the business unit and performance management of individual team members to achieve the sales objectives for the financial year.



Background

I have had a wealth of experience at Prospects, working initially as a product manager. Responsible for managing a number of the flagship products within the portfolio.

I have also been a product owner working on the development of the HEDD service before moving to sales management running the employer sales team.
