We support teams across your organisation every day with services and expertise aligned to your staff, learners and strategic priorities.

Technology

The world-class Janet Network, delivered at national scale, underpins your connectivity, cyber security, and cloud services. As the UK’s National Research and Education Network (NREN), it provides the scale, resilience and security your college needs to deliver reliable digital services and drive transformation with confidence.

Vital security services are included as part of your Janet IP connection, combining our technical expertise with your in-house resource to protect your organisation, students and staff from evolving cyber threats.

This includes automated DDoS protection to stop attacks before they disrupt your services, and access to our dedicated computer security incident response team (CSIRT), for fast, expert support when incidents occur.

You also have access to our cyber security community – a trusted, private space where experts from across UK education share threat intelligence, workshops and practical advice.
