About
In this session, we’ll explore how leadership teams can move beyond data collection and use digital elevation insight as a strategic lever for organisational progress. We’ll be joined by a panel of sector leaders who are actively driving digital elevation within their institutions. They’ll share practical approaches, lessons learned and how they are aligning insight with strategy, culture and measurable impact.
This will be an open, peer-focused discussion designed to surface what works, what’s challenging and how to ensure digital elevation becomes a catalyst for sustained digital change - not just a one-off exercise.
