Local and regional member support
On top of the standard member benefits, we offer services that are tailored to national priorities in order to meet your needs locally.
Events local to you
Connect More, our UK-wide summer events series (including dates in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), provides practitioners in further education (FE) and higher education (HE) with the opportunity to:
- Share expertise and insights
- Benefit from peer-to-peer learning
- Better understand how we can help you and your sector
We also deliver a wide range of national events throughout the year, focused on specific topics, services and projects, and open to any of our members.
Continued engagement
Consultation
Every year, we formally consult with our members in FE and HE to update you on our activities and ensure we continue to deliver world-class services that meet your needs, including your local and national priorities.
Stakeholder forum
Our stakeholder forum, for FE and HE leaders1, coincides with Digifest each year and offers members an opportunity to engage with us and our board and a platform to help shape our strategy and priorities as well as our national and regional activities.
Further feedback opportunities
We regularly provide you with opportunities to feed back, for example, through our annual FE and HE leadership surveys and our Janet Network architecture review briefings. All these forums help to ensure we understand your needs and deliver you a valuable service.
Your dedicated account manager
We have over 30 UK-wide account managers and, as a Jisc member, you'll have access to a dedicated account manager who will be in touch and meet with key contacts in your organisation several times a year.
