AI in-house training
Build the confidence and skills to use AI effectively and responsibly.
Bring AI into your organisation with our tailored in-house CPD training days. These in-person sessions are designed to reflect the needs and priorities of your institution.
Led by our experts, these sessions go beyond our training webinars, offering hands-on, discussion-based training that helps staff explore how AI can support teaching, learning, and day-to-day operations.
Whether you're focusing on AI literacy, ethical use or practical application, the content can be shaped to fit your staff development needs.
We work with you to tailor each session, from aligning content with institutional priorities, to including role-specific examples, live tool demonstrations, and space for staff-led discussion. We’ll shape the day to support your culture, context and readiness.
Course structure
Our in-house training can be structured to include a whole-institution overview session - perfect for setting a shared foundation and engaging a broad audience with the key concepts and opportunities of AI.
This can then be followed by smaller, more focused sessions (typically for up to 45 participants) designed to support specific teams, departments, or roles. These tailored sessions allow for deeper discussion, practical exploration, and application relevant to your context
Our smaller focussed sessions can be based on our current portfolio:
Module 1: understanding AI in tertiary education for teaching and learning
- Understand AI basics
- Exploring AI's role and impact in teaching and learning
- Prompting for teaching and learning
Module 2: essential AI skills for teaching and learning
