About

In this session, participants explore the role of AI in education and its implications for institutions. The session considers the opportunities and challenges of AI adoption in teaching and learning, recognises its impact on academic integrity, and highlights practical applications of AI across educational contexts.

The curriculum is structured into three modules designed for teaching and learning staff. Module 1: Understanding AI in tertiary education for teaching and learning, Module 2: Essential AI skills for teaching and learning, and Module 3: Ethical and responsible use of AI for teaching and learning.

This session is aimed at teaching and learning staff who want to build a foundational understanding of AI and develop awareness of its role in education.
