Essential AI skills for professional services

This training session explores practical ways generative AI can support everyday tasks across professional services. Through examples and demonstrations, participants explore how AI can support activities such as working with information, drafting and refining content, planning and organising tasks. The session considers how workplace AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini can be used effectively and responsibly within organisational policies and ways of working.
