Telephony DPS
Our Telephony DPS service retired on 1 June 2026.
This service enabled organisations to procure telephony services and equipment including handsets, system support, mobile services, legacy voice connectivity (eg ISDN circuits) and SIP trunking, from pre-qualified suppliers connected to the Janet Network.
Service retirement does not impact existing contracts. Agreements placed through the DPS will continue as normal and so no immediate action is required. Once your current agreement comes to an end, you may choose to procure telephony services through an alternative framework or supplier direct routes, in line with your procurement policies.
Retiring this service allows us to prioritise resources to meet the needs of the sector.
