As a relationship manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.
Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
I have worked in public, health, further education (FE) and higher education (HE) sectors. I was previously an e-learning advisor at Jisc Regional Support Centre Wales working with FE, HE and skills organisations where I also worked towards chartered status (MCLIP) with the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
My professional interests include professional development, digital literacy, digital wellbeing, learning space design, data analytics and technology-supported learning.
Outside of work you will likely find me reading or walking the dog in the glorious mid-Wales countryside, and very slowly learning Welsh.
