As an account manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.
Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
I have worked in public, health, further education (FE) and higher education (HE) sectors. I was previously an e-learning advisor at Jisc Regional Support Centre Wales working with FE, HE and skills organisations where I also worked towards chartered status (MCLIP) with the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
My professional interests include professional development, digital literacy, learning spaces, and technology supported learning.
Outside work you will find me reading (I manage the online presence for the local reading group) running or gaming.
