Over 300 analysts from 103 UK universities and association organisations and departments have benefitted from the analytics labs offer, developing their skills and knowledge of business intelligence for education while prototyping interactive dashboards and visualisations to address the latest themes facing the sector.
I also leads on our Jisc/HESA collaboration community dashboards, redeveloping the most promising analytic labs outputs and delivering them as highly valuable suites to Jisc members.
I've been working as service product owner since 2018. Before that, I was senior project manager for the business intelligence services at Jisc from 2013–2015.

Before Jisc, I had a 10 year career at Loughborough University.
