I lead the non-member customer teams that sell our products and services to adjacent markets and support the revenue-generating aspect of Jisc. This includes e-infrastructure products and services, the global OpenAthens business, supporting SSO for libraries across the world and the trust and identity business.
My directorate is also responsible for sales and member enablement across all four of our sectors – HE, FE, research and customer, putting us at the heart of the organisation and supporting our shared vision of technology for good.
I joined Jisc in April 2020 but have worked in education technology my whole career. For the first 25 years I worked for RMplc supporting technical services in primary and secondary schools.
My roles have always been commercially focused with a bias towards account management. I always put the customer at the heart of decisions and actions, customer centricity and member centricity fuel us and it is great to work for an organisation so focused on delivering real outcomes for technology in education and research.
