As a senior account manager I ensure that our members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.
I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
Additionally, as a senior account manager I lead a team of account managers in England.
Since joining the UK HE sector in 2009 I have supported institutions across the country to develop new administrative systems and shared services, manage their research portfolios, and expand partnerships with the private sector.
Before that I provided business development and data operations support for education and research focused non-profit organisations in America.
