As a relationship manager within the customer team, I ensure that our customers experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling access to our full range of products, services and support.
Background
I have worked as a business relationship manager in the IT and education sectors since 2011. During this time I have supported the provision of digital and technology solutions across FE, HE, public and private sectors.
