As a senior product owner, my role is to ensure we meet our members' needs with solutions to their challenges and problems by working together across the sector. I work to ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc.
I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
I have spent the last 20 years supporting, and developing strong working relationships with customers of all levels as a customer service manager, and regional account manager and more recently supporting Jisc members as their account manager too, so I have a real understanding of the sector, and the needs of our members.
I get a real "buzz" from helping and assisting others, and enjoy seeing things develop and progress.
