As an account manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.
Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
I have worked in education since 1999, in both universities and sector agencies.
Prior to joining Jisc, I was a member of the leadership and strategy team at the Higher Education Academy, where I worked with universities and colleges to develop approaches to assessment and feedback, flexible learning and strategic change.
I was previously a strategic analyst at Becta (the lead agency for ICT in schools) where my role was to influence policy and practice through the dissemination of evidence on the effective use of technology in education. I have also held roles at Edge Hill University, the University of Chester and the Said Business School, Oxford, and am a fellow of the HEA.
My professional interests include organisation development, strategy, change management and evaluation.
