IT teams face the challenge of manually gathering extensive data on endpoints and remote devices, a process that is both time-consuming and costly due to its inefficiency when done manually.
Cloud assist solves this problem as it works seamlessly with Microsoft 365, using automation and user-friendly SaaS technology, simplifying the management of M365 environments to give time back to your IT teams by equipping you with data and manipulation tools that move away from manual processes.
Cloud assist offers tools such as on-demand health checks of M365 tenancies, automated policy management, and a suite of reporting tools to streamline day-to-day management of M365 environments. Give us your feedback
Cloud assist is currently in the Beta Phase. The focus is on validating and refining the service before launch. We are working with a group of early adopters across HE/FE to test how the platform performs.
This includes testing the core functionality, collecting user feedback on usability and pain points, validating the onboarding and support model and assessing scalability.
