About the community

Developed in response to member feedback for strengthened product support for Adobe Express, we are working in partnership with Adobe. Together, we are helping institutions turn their Adobe investment into clear, measurable value across teaching and learning, digital skills development, and institutional digital transformation.

Through the programme were supporting institutions to plan and implement Adobe effectively in their own context, moving beyond isolated use to embed Adobe Acrobat Express across curriculum and institutional practice for consistent and sustainable impact.

Members who join the programme can benefit from collaboration and peer learning, sharing approaches, challenges, and evidence of what works. It also supports alignment with digital and teaching strategies, improving student experience, outcomes, and staff capability.

What is involved?

The programme includes three full-day structured workshops per year, designed to help you build capability and progress your approach over time. Two workshops are held in person and one is delivered online. Each session focuses on a key stage of adoption, with clear actions to take forward between sessions.

You can also join an online community where members connect, share progress, and support each other throughout the year. This space also provides direct access to our subject matter experts for guidance and advice.

Between workshops, you will be encouraged to take forward agreed actions and bring insights, progress, and challenges back to the group.

To get the most from the programme, participating organisations should commit dedicated time to this work and identify the key individuals who will be involved.

The programme is open to those within an organisation who have the Jisc Adobe ETLA with Creative Cloud Pro Plus and Acrobat Express for higher education.
