Initially set up to serve the FE colleges in Wales, and now open to the HE sector, the digital wellbeing community of practice brings together educators, practitioners, and organisations across the post-16 sector who are committed to promoting safe and mindful digital habits that improve wellbeing.
The community provides a collaborative space to share ideas, explore effective strategies, and learn from innovative projects and interventions across further and higher education.
By joining, members can connect with peers and work together to create positive, proactive approaches that support learners and staff in navigating online spaces safely and confidently.
Who can join
This group is open to anyone in the UK FE, skills and HE sector.
Digital wellbeing is a shared responsibility across an organisation, and we all contribute to how technology is used, experienced, and managed.
The impact of digital wellbeing varies across roles, from creating safe and inclusive learning environments and fostering positive relationships, to encouraging productive digital habits and supporting a healthy work-life balance.
