About

Sheffield Hallam University is hosting the first of the demonstrating digital transformation events of our 2024/2025 series on Tuesday 12 November 2024 at Aspect Court on their main city centre campus. They were one of the pilot participants who have work closely with Jisc over the last year to test, affirm and contribute to the further development of the Jisc Framework for digital transformation, including the maturity model and action planning toolkit. Their holistic cross institutional project encompassed many of the successful attributes to digital transformation and the team will be sharing experiences of how they approached this project, the successes realised so far, challenges encountered and the next steps in their transformational journey.

Our 2024-2025 series of demonstrating digital transformation events will bring together senior leaders with responsibility for taking forward digital transformation within their university including senior executive/director roles in digital, student experience, education, digital and IT services, libraries, estates and facilities management, registry and data management, learning and teaching and research and innovation roles.

These events offer senior leaders the opportunity of networking and sharing approaches to how they are implementing digital transformation in their organisation.

Jisc is working with higher education providers and sector bodies on digital transformation and you can access our framework and maturity model for digital transformation from our digital transformation in higher education guide and our digital transformation consultancy.
