As a relationship manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.

Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities. 


I have over ten years of experience as an e-learning adviser helping colleges and universities to strategically develop their use of technology to enhance internal business processes and to provide engaging, creative and supportive environments for their students.

During this time I have worked closely with clients at all levels and have demonstrated the necessary skills to understand and contextualise their specific requirements and to effectively communicate appropriately within the required context.
