I lead on student services’ relationships with key external partners, including university careers services and bodies such as the DfE and the OfS. I manage the degree verification service Hedd and its associated degree fraud reporting service, and I also lead the thought-leadership platform Luminate’s editorial team.

I have worked in student and graduate careers and employability for more than thirty years. I regularly speak at conferences and events on issues such as postgraduate funding, graduate employability, the labour market, degree fraud and social mobility and I have written for many industry and sector publications and platforms.
