Our commitment to the Tech Talent Charter

At Jisc we are proud to be part of the Tech Talent Charter.

Tech Talent Charter logo

We are committed to creating greater gender diversity in the tech workforce of the UK, one that provides equality and opportunity for all.

We are currently developing our actions to encourage more young people and women into STEM subjects. And, we are also looking at how we can better attract women to work and progress in senior roles in Jisc.

Internally, we have launched our employee network to involve our people, raise awareness and highlight barriers and solutions. Our network is made up of men and women who want to champion diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
