Realise your potential

Do you have an inquisitive mind and a can-do attitude? Join our graduate scheme and get a real head-start to a career in tech.

During the two-year programme, we’ll give you hands-on experience in a variety of different specialisms to help you find your niche. You’ll rotate through different areas within your chosen graduate scheme track, helping you discover which path is right for you.

You’ll also get the opportunity to spend time in three unique business placements, where you’ll learn about the different aspects of our business.

Who can apply?

We’re looking for people with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In order to apply, you must have either graduated - or be due to graduate this year - with at least a 2:2 in a relevant field.

Graduate schemes

IT

Explore new and exciting ways in which technology can improve education and research. You will gain experience in different parts of our technology teams, including software testing and development, data, and infrastructure.

Business leadership

You'll learn about every aspect of our business while working on real-life challenges and projects across three unique business placements. Working side-by-side with our teams and technical experts, you will develop the skills and experience to put you on the path to becoming a future leader.

What to expect from our recruitment process

Our application process is quick and easy, and we promise to let all candidates know the status of their application and the outcome.

Step 1:

Apply online – this is your opportunity to learn all you can about the opportunities available. Read the information provided online and ask any questions before applying. Then it’s over to us to review your application.

Step 2:

Attend an assessment centre - for those shortlisted, we will be running virtual assessment centres. On the day, candidates will be asked to give a short presentation, take part in a group task and an interview with a panel of assessors. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about our schemes and ask questions. We'll send details of what to expect from the assessment centre beforehand.

Step 3:

Review your feedback - everyone who attends an assessment centre will get detailed feedback from us, regardless of whether you get the role.
