Senior project manager


Role

As senior project manager for the product and portfolio team I lead on developing a consistent approach to product management and product development across Jisc.

It's my job to work across the business to deliver strategic programmes that will drive improvements in product management and product development skills and expertise among Jisc staff.

I coordinate and work across teams and directorates in Jisc to identify, plan and deliver projects that can drive improvement in the quality of Jisc's product lifecycle process.



Background

I have worked in planning, delivering and managing learning and development across organisations since 2002 within private, public and third sector organisations, including managing quality standards through continual improvements measures.

I have worked at Jisc for four years, supporting the development and delivery of products and services to members, driving a collaborative approach to build cohesion across the team and a shared understanding of our products and services.
