I lead on the development and communication of Jisc's value to our members and funders. This information shows the impact that our services have across the sector. I work with our members to determine the value and impact that their subscription provides, be that actual cost savings compared to other providers, staff time saved through the use of our services or other, non-financial measures.
I also provide intelligence and analysis that feeds into our strategy and business planning - informing the direction that we take through our business planning process.
