Rachael Littlejohns

Procurement adviser

Role

As a procurement adviser it is my role, and that of the team, to offer advice, guidance and support to Jisc staff who are working on procurements.

I am also an advocate of helping non-procurement colleagues understand our world, and offer support and training to ensure that the internal procurement procedures are understood and Jisc conducts it's procurements compliantly.

Feel free to come and ask me more about my role and how I can help you.

Background

My background is in public sector procurement, having worked for my local police force, the procurement arm for NHS Wales and also the Welsh assembly government.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). Since working at Jisc, I have been responsible for the procurement of a broad range of services; services for use by Jisc colleagues and services offered to our members.

Jisc is an incredibly diverse and interesting organisation, and each day feels as though I learn something new!
