In leading Jisc's response to the feedback we get from our members, I help to create an excellent member experience of Jisc.

I initiate and drive change projects and programmes across the business to improve what we do and how we do it.

I also work on developing Jisc's strategic relationships, how we process memberships, managing the risks to our work, and how we can improve our culture for the benefit of us and our members.
