Role

Working across Jisc’s portfolio, I deliver qualitative and quantitative research to help us better understand member needs, and to inform product development and decision making.

My role sits within the insight team, which helps Jisc listen, understand and better support our members.



Background

I began my career in libraries, working in academic liaison for many years before joining Jisc. 

During this time, I developed a strong interest in digital and information literacy and worked alongside students and staff to help them access and make the most of the resources open to them.

I’m also an experienced market/social researcher and hold the Advanced Certificate in market and social research practice from the Market Research Society, and an MSc in sociological research.
