Cloud services engagement manager


My role is in the Jisc technologies directorate that provides digital services to our members and customers, ensuring that our capabilities and expertise are applied cost-effectively and imaginatively.

As a cloud services manager I work within the cloud services group (CSG) which is part of the enterprise division. I am responsible for the full life-cycle of cloud services including; inception, introduction, management, development and enhancement, potentially through to close down.


I come from a customer services, technical support background, having worked in the information technology and services industry. I have experience across IT service management, team management, account management, and employee training.
