Customer support officer


Role

As the commercial team’s dedicated customer support officer, I manage the relationship between the commercial account managers and Jisc customers. I ensure that customer queries and technical issues are processed efficiently.



Background

I joined the team in September after spending several years working in and studying digital marketing.

Prior to starting at Jisc, I worked in the education sector teaching English as a foreign language and spent my early working life as a sports coach.
