Membership communications manager


I am responsible for establishing, maintaining and continually improving information flow processes between the business and the membership and sales team through joined up, proactive and effective internal and external communications processes.


I started my career in higher education in 1998 at Northumbria University where I carried out a range of faculty and service based administrative roles.

I then joined Jisc infoNet in 2004 as service administrator before being appointed to the role of operations manager where I managed a rolling portfolio of service-wide projects in areas such as digital communications, events and marketing.

I joined Jisc in 2015 as a marketing executive with responsibility for supporting colleagues in the membership and sales team.
