I am responsible for finding new ways for Jisc to develop sustainable services. My role focusses on ensuring we can move as smoothly as possible from coming up with a new idea to delivering it as a new product or service for Jisc members.
I look for new income streams to enable us to keep our innovation activity affordable and sustainable, including looking for sources of research and philanthropic income as well as through commercial and other partnerships.
I have worked for twenty years as programme director, manager and facilitator. I have specialised in the delivery of new digital services and products within higher and further education and the broader public sector.
I have a background in digital archiving, digital content and media, and data and analytics. I focus on developing partnerships to reach new income streams and looking for innovative ways to develop digital services for education and research.
