Role
My role is to help colleagues make more informed decisions by supplying them with the intelligence and insights they need to improve our members' experience of Jisc.
I work with colleagues across the business to provide the context they need to make their projects a success. This is done through a weekly sector update and a monthly member voice report.
I also provide bespoke intelligence on our membership, wider sectors and topic areas that relate to current and future projects.
