The project has emerged through the work we have been doing with partner organisations in the Changing the Learning Landscape initiative. By working directly with senior managers, we are able to provide tailored support on strategically important issues, ensuring that they derive maximum benefit from our work.
About the project
This project will support institutions in making the most strategically effective use of technology to support learning, teaching and the student experience.
Working directly with senior institutional leaders (pro vice-chancellor or similar), their teams and students, we will offer advice, professional development and support in strategic change in the use of learning technology.

The transforming the digital student experience project will involve:
- Strategic discussion with institutional strategic leaders, typically at pro vice-chancellor level, identifying key themes, emerging issues and specific aspirations for that institution
- Identification and matching of Jisc services, outputs and expertise that could be used to support the institution
- Direct support through advice and facilitation
- Regional or national CPD events to build organisational capacity to engage with change projects and develop the approach to supporting students.
The project will have a direct impact on the technology-enhanced learning provision, enhancing the student experience and building capacity in institutions for this type of provision.
