At Jisc we believe there are many opportunities to improve education and research by making the campus smarter. But which problems or opportunities should we focus on? Which would make the most difference to students?
What we're looking for
We are looking for some creative students to help us answer these questions by spending a week in August working to build and test tools that can enhance the student experience.
So if you are a team of students who have exciting ideas for making the campus more intelligent please join us for a week of making at the intelligent campus hackathon. Teams should ideally be between 2-4 people.
About the hackathon
The aim of the hackathon is for student teams to design, develop and build “something” that would benefit students in the world that is the intelligent campus.
Take a look at our blog for some ideas we’ve been thinking about:
- I didn't know I needed to ask...
- I recognise you...
- Hey Siri, what do I need to learn?
- Nudge me
