I’m a senior co-design manager working in the research team in digital futures.
I manage and support a number of innovation projects related to research data, research information, research analytics, research tools, open science, standards and work that supports researchers throughout the whole research lifecycle.
I actively support the work of international organisations, such as the Research Data Alliance, engage with international standards groups, such as CASRAI, and keep a watching brief on developments with persistent identifiers to ensure Jisc is positioned correctly with national and international developments.
My work at Jisc has always been focussed on research and I was previously programme manager for the access and identity management (AIM), virtual research environments (VRE) and research tools programmes.
Prior to Jisc I worked for OMII-UK at the University of Southampton as user community liaison team leader. Before working in higher education, I had extensive experience in ITC including requirements gathering, software/database development, team leading and project management in the commercial sector.
