Tuesday 25 June 2019 -morning and afternoon session
University of Portsmouth
City Learning Centre
Winston Churchill Avenue
The sticky campus roadshow features a digital classroom that will provide you with ideas and experiences of furniture, technology, acoustics, and more to support active learning pedagogies that deliver better learning outcomes and maximise space utilisation.
We are running two identical events at University of Portsmouth so you can see the sticky campus in action, looking at emerging trends for technology, collaborative learning and inclusivity. You can choose between a morning or an afternoon session.
The workshop will consider the many requirements for ensuring these spaces are successful for both students and the institutions they choose to study at, and will explore the change management required to build user adoption, increase utilisation, and successful transition to student-centric relationship driven learning and teaching.
The morning event runs from 10:00-12:30.
The afternoon event runs from 14:00-16:30.
Who should attend
This event will be of interest to all those seeking to make sense of the possibilities that these new technologies introduce in further education as well as more widely in higher education and research.
Academics, learning technologists, support staff, librarians and managers should all find something of benefit at this event.
