Sharing knowledge within your networking and IT professional community is a key part of Networkshop48. Throughout the conference there will be chances to catch up with other delegates and training opportunities to develop your skills, including:
- Networkshop48 conference dinner
- Drinks reception
- Pub quiz
- Networkshop48 hackathon
- Penetration testing training course
- eduroam update seminar
Start the evening with beer tasting from a local Nottingham brewery followed by a three-course meal in Central Court.
After dinner, we will be bringing back all your classic arcade favourites in a retro arcade gaming experience. Challenge other delegates at Pacman, Space Invaders, giant Scalextric, air hockey, table football, racing simulators and more.
There will also be a virtual reality experience for those looking to be completely immersed in the gaming world.
If you're booking four or more full three-day (including conference dinner) tickets for your organisation, you'll get a 10% group discount when you book before 29 February 2020.
The dress code will be smart casual.
The dinner will take place at Central Court, part of NTU Events and Conferencing.
Starting at 17:00, the drinks reception closes day one of Networkshop48 perfectly. This is an opportunity for you to catch up with some of the exhibitors and speakers you've seen through the day, meet up with colleagues and network with like-minded professionals.
Drinks and light refreshments will be served to all guests and you'll have the chance to check out any exhibitions you may have missed during the day.
Hosted by IP Performance
Following on from the drinks reception, the pub quiz is back by popular demand and there are prizes to be won.
Sign up to test your trivia and battle out your general knowledge with this light-hearted quiz after the first day of Networkshop48.
Starting at 20:00, this is the perfect chance to socialise and relax. All drinks and a full buffet, plus entry to the quiz are kindly provided by IP Performance.
It is a night not to be missed, and one not to lose. You can sign up as a team of four, or individually and form a team on the night. Don't forget to register your place in advance by emailing email@example.com

Brought to you by Cisco, we're looking for teams of 3-4 individuals from organisations across the UK to join us in Nottingham.
Designed specifically for network engineers, the theme will be 'making life easier through network automation'.
This hands-on course encourages you to think like a hacker. Delegates get a special £150 discount on our penetration testing training course which runs ahead of the conference.
Make the most of your time in Nottingham and join an eduroam update seminar ahead of the conference. This is an opportunity to catch up with the latest federated roaming news in the UK, as well as technology and service insights to help improve performance and user experience at your own deployments.
