Ticket types and prices
Please select your ticket type from the options below. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
All in-person tickets include online access.
- Customer and member in-person (both days) £175.00
- Customer and member in-person (day one and drinks reception) £120.00
- Customer and member in-person (day two) £100.00
- Non-member in-person (both days) £400.00
- Non-member in-person (day one and drinks reception) £275.00
- Non-member in-person (day two) £250.00
- Online access only - free of charge
Each of our member and customer organisations are eligible for two free in-person tickets for Digifest 2025. You will be able to split the free tickets across single days. Please speak to your relationship manager for further information.
Discounts and group bookings
- Registered charities: 20% (off non-member rate)
- Group discounts based on ticket type:
5 – 9 tickets (30%)
10 – 19 tickets (40%)
20+ tickets (50%)

We’ll have a film crew and photographer at Digifest 2025. Should you wish to be excluded, please inform the film crew directly. We are unable to take individual delegates out of group shots.
