The framework can be used by all Janet-connected organisations and will be in place until 19 December 2023 (contracts placed by Janet-connected organisations may last longer, if required).
Arkivum was selected as the supplier for this framework following an EU procurement.

The contract is between the customer and the supplier. Customers need to retain a copy of the signed supplier contract so that others at their organisation can see what has been signed up to and for how long. More information, including the pro forma contract, can be found in the buyers’ guide.
Hours of service
The Jisc enquiry service is available during the business day. The business day is defined as Monday to Friday and excludes 24-31 December and all English public holidays.
