The scope of the framework covers purchases by Jisc, Jisc Services Limited, higher education institutions, further education and specialist colleges and Research Council establishments in the UK, and by any other bodies whose core purpose is the support or advancement of further or higher education or of research.
In addition, members of higher and further education purchasing consortia can purchase from this service.
The service is also available for use by any national research and education network (NREN) and the community it serves where the NREN has either a direct connection to the Janet network or the NREN is a member at any time during the period of this framework of the consortium that operates GÉANT.
Service level description
Providing access to secure and flexible systems to manage and share confidential board and committee papers. The systems give you the ability to annotate papers using pen, highlighter or note tools, without changes being lost through revisions; search and view historical and current papers.
Organisations pay for products, services, etc. that they purchase. Jisc makes no additional charge for use of the framework.
The contract is between the customer and the selected supplier.
Hours of service
The Jisc enquiry service is available during the business day. The business day is defined as Monday to Friday. It excludes 24-31 December and all English public holidays.

Service delivery time
An initial response to an enquiry sent to Jisc will be given within 24 hours; delivery times for services and products will depend on what is being purchased, whether you run a mini-competition etc. and can be discussed with the suppliers.
Terms and conditions
The Jisc Services Limited framework agreement has been signed by Jisc Services Limited with each supplier. The framework agreement together with the supplier’s individual terms and conditions will form the basis of any call off contract a customer awards with either the first place supplier on a lot or following a mini-competition.
