Archives Hub
The Archives Hub provides online access to descriptions of archive collections held in universities and colleges throughout the United Kingdom.
Over 140 institutions supply the service with information about their archives, making the database an invaluable source of information for researchers in many disciplines. The service holds thousands of descriptions, with new data being added on a regular basis. We organise training events for users of the service and also provide training for archivists and librarians who wish to contribute data or to learn more about electronic cataloguing.
The Archives Hub is free for all to use and will be useful for many people studying history and for those studying historical aspects of other disciplines. It will also contain relevant information for people with an interest in genealogy or local history.
