Students analyse and explain data on public health on a local, national and global level. This data, to be found on RDN databases will be repurposed for a course module Biology A Level.

ALBEDA - A Level Biology : Epidemiological Data Analysis

Introduction

The project is based on experience with work with A level Biology students.  Students on this course need to have experience of analysing and explaining data on public health on local, national and global levels. Students need to develop formative assessment skills and should be able to work effectively in groups. The course needs to provide students with opportunities to use IT skills and to build on those skills. Analysis of the data will therefore involve using spreadsheets for graphical representation and manipulation of data.
