The chief deliverables of this project are a re-worked section of the original HEI Retention Schedule and a test of the revised schedule now in progress. This has been achieved through a thorough survey of the content of student records and distribution mapping of all records which include information about students identifiable by name, followed by a teasing out of detailed conclusions with regard to specific types of information.
