This workpackage aims to identify what practical and financial benefits have accrued from the implementation and use of integrated information management environments, helping senior institutional managers identify what information they need to help their decision-making processes (Management Information / Business Intelligence), and make best use of the information and data they have; and identify what new or improved information or knowledge may be obtained as a result of the move to the goal of integrated single source data.
