Ensuring that all staff have the ICT skills they require is becoming a priority in institutions in FE and HE but the mechanisms for assessing ICT skills and offering recognition are not yet well developed. This project will provide an FE/HE sector wide ICT needs analysis and review of existing provision, a critical comparison of existing forms of ICT assessment systems, and recommendations and justification of best practice.
