Project Planning Scoping Study
This scoping study which has an objective of establishing the nature
and scale of the support needs of administrative staff concerned with
managing projects involving information technology, and, in particular, the
introduction and implementation of new systems and their associated
infrastructure. Recommendations are included about the
ways in which managers might be supported in this process and ways in which
information might better be estimated. The report
addresses the use of the JISC infoNet toolkit and other products currently
favoured by sector institutions.
